Refund policy

I really hope you love your handmade and hand painted pieces, but things don't always feel/look right on everyone, so you are able to return your clothing item within 14 DAYS of the order being sent. Returns must be sent via a tracked royal mail service and the cost is the buyers responsibility.

Refund will only be given once the item has been inspected and has labels attatched and no signs of wear or marks. Items will not be refunded if they have make-up stains on, even if this is just from being tried on.

No returns or exchanges for scrunchies, zip purses or bags.
